Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide quality mechanical services. If you are not satisfied with work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss concerns.

Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for 30 days from service completion. If issues arise due to workmanship during this period, we will address them at no additional charge.

Parts and Components

Parts installed carry manufacturer warranties. Defective parts will be replaced according to manufacturer terms. Parts removed during service are not returnable.

Service Adjustments

If adjustments are needed after service completion, contact us within 7 days. Minor adjustments may be performed at no charge. Significant rework may require additional discussion.

Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work is completed. However, if service cannot be completed due to our error or component unavailability, refunds or credits will be provided.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. No-shows may require deposit for future appointments.

Bicycle Storage

Bicycles must be picked up within 30 days of service completion. Storage fees may apply after this period. Unclaimed bicycles may be disposed of according to local regulations.
